Way to keep with the times.

We recently upgraded our SonicWall and started using SSL VPN Netextender. I have one user that for some very strange reason can not connect. They enter in their credentials and the screen shows it Connecting. But that is as far as it gets. After about 2 minutes, it errors by saying the server is not responding or is down, or the internet is down.

I have verified everything is up, the user has internet, the server is responding, as other users are logged on using the exact same client and also on Windows 7 computers. The one thing I think it is, is when you first log onto SSL VPN, you get the security alert screen and you then click Accept and your logged on, this user does not get that screen.
