Of course I'm the second owner of a Felt 90 and I'm stuck with this repair problem. I have a 1' vertical crack in the head tube and I'm not sure how to fix it. The bike shop tells me that welding aluminum isn't recommended (which makes sense); however, I'm left with no repair suggestions.

Whether it was smart or not I tried JB Weld, but it just isn't holding and the crack is growing. I need a suggestion if you have one. (sorry if there is a thread on this already, I'm new and just looking for help) A vertical crack in the head tube that's growing will eventually cause the fork to part company with the frame, causing you to part company with a buncha your teeth. Park that sumb!+ch, take it apart, and destroy (hacksaw, cutting torch) the frame so no one else is tempted to ride it.
