Just a little clarification on Haali Video Renderer's aspect ratio problem: It works if you choose 'Source Aspect Ratio' and the file is formatted with correct aspect ratio.

It does not work if you try forcing the video into a specific aspect ratio that is different from what the decoder feeds into the renderer. So there should not be a problem if your files have correct aspect ratio, and you do not use post-processor to resize it, and you use 'Source Aspect Ratio' option.
